Every one of these can be sent later. The form goes through without them, and it tells you at the end what is still missing.
- The death certificateA photo of it is enough here. Certified copies go to the clerk on paper.
- The will, if there is oneEvery page, including the signature and notary pages.
- The deed and the last tax billIf you cannot find them, the County Property Appraiser has the parcel online.
- One recent statement per accountThe page showing whose name is on it and the balance.
- Vehicle titlesUsually with the deed, or in the glove box.
- Any bills still arrivingCredit cards, medical, utilities. Photograph the envelope contents.

The original signed will and the original certified death certificate have to reach the Clerk of the Circuit Court on paper. Photograph them here so the file can be read, then keep the originals safe — we tell you where to send them.
